Lasagna with mushrooms
Ingredients:
Lasagna (sheets) — 12 pieces
The champignon mushrooms (frozen) — 400 gr
Ham (or beef) — 300 g
Tomato (average) — 8 pieces
Onion (average) — 1 piece
Leek (white-green part) — 100 g
Garlic — 1 tooth.
Greens
Hard cheese — 250 g
Olive oil
Salt
Ground black pepper
Spices (oregano, mix of the Italian herbs, basilicas)
Milk (for sauce) — 1 l
Wheat flour (without hill, for sauce) — 4 tablespoons.
Desi (for sauce) — 100 g
Appendix:
1. On small amount of olive oil we fry the onions and garlic cut by half rings till golden color.
2. We add tomatoes to onions and garlick mix - 5sht (cut in cubes), other tomatoes it is left for decoration of upper layer of lasagna, and we stew the leek (cut by rings or half rings), part of greens before solidification.
3. We add mushrooms to the same vegetable mix and we extinguish to readiness, mix should not be watery. We salt, we pepper, we mix with spices and we put aside away.
We pass to sauce preparation beshamel ?.
4. In stewpan we kindle desi, we pour flour and carefully mixing slightly we fry. Then gradually we pour in milk, without forgetting to stir slowly thus, and uvarivay sauce to consistence of not too fat sour cream.
5. We cut ham in cubes, small we chop greens, cheese we rub on large grater, tomatoes it is cut by circles.
In fire-resistant form we spread sheets of lasagna. The second layer we spread half of vegetable mix. The third layer - 1/2 part of ham.
6. Further we sauce, we powder with part of cheese and greens.
The most upper layer is sauced and we strew with cheese.
We put to be baked lasagna in oven for 20 minutes at temperature of 180-200gradus.
7. In 20 minutes, after roasting, we get lasagna, we spread on it circles tomato, we strew with the remained cheese and greens, we put to be baked for 20-25 minutes.
