Honey pears in puff pastry
Ingredients:
Pear - 4 pieces
Sheet of puff pastry
Water - 4 glasses
Sugar - 2 glasses
Honey - 1 glass
Half of lemon
Vanilla bean
Cinnamon stick - 3 pieces
Carnation - 6-8 pieces
Husk pears. In average pan dissolve sugar and honey in water. Bring to the boil on average fire.
As soon as sugar was dissolved, lay out pears, vanilla bean, half of lemon, cinnamon and carnation. Boil pears (so far fork it will not be easy to pierce). It can take 20-40 minutes, depending on ripeness of pears.
Heat oven to 190 degrees. When pears become soft, get them from pan and slightly cool
Cut dough on rather narrow strips. Completely wrap the cooled-down pears in dough. Fix dough for root.
Lay out pears on the baking tray laid by parchment paper and bake 15-20 minutes to golden crust.
On small fire will boil syrup and pour out it in plate. Directly in syrup lay out pear and give.
