Chocolate pie with cherry layer and oil custard on sour cream

Ingredients for cake layer:

320 g of flour (2 glasses + 1/3 Art.)
4 eggs
240 g of sugar (1 glass + 2 tbsps with hill)
200 ml of milk warm
6 tbsps with small hills of cocoa powder
200 g sl. oils (margarine)
2 tsps of rastvo. coffee (powder)
2 tsps of baking powder
0,5 tsps of baking soda
0,5 tsps of salt
2 tsps of vanilla sugar

Ingredients for cream:
It is swept away 20% and above – 300 g
Sugar – 3-4 tbsps.
Flour – 2 tbsps.
Egg – 1 piece.
Sl. oil – 200 g of room temperature

Cherry layer * - 1,5-2 glasses

Preparation:

To warm oven to 200 degrees. To kindle sl. and to cool oil (margarine). To shake up eggs and sugar to light, white foam. In heat milk to dissolve coffee. It is good to mix all dry ingredients which are (previously sifted). To connect sugar and egg mix, the kindled oil, milk to coffee. It is good to mix everything. Gradually to pour dry ingredients and carefully all to mix. Dough turns out on consistence as dense sour cream.

To lay baking tray parchment paper. To grease bottom of paper rast. oil. To pour out dough, evenly to level in form scapula. To bake at 200 degrees, about 20-30 minutes. Adjust time of pastries and temperature on the oven. To check readiness wooden stick - it has to leave dry. While the cake layer cools down, we prepare cream.

Cream preparation. To mix sour cream, sugar, flour, egg. To cook weight on water bath, constantly disturbing, before solidification. After cooling dense weight has to turn out. Separately to shake up sl.maslo, on spoon to enter the cooled scalded weight, continuing to shake up.

Assemblage of pie. The cooled-down cake layer is cut in half, we cut each half across, we straighten edges. At us four cake layers have turned out. We coat cake layers with cherry layer and cream, we decorate to the taste and the imagination.

Glaze preparation. Proportions any (depends on the necessary amount of glaze). In small kastryulka to warm up cream (I have 22%) with sl. oil to break chocolate there (at me bitter). To remove from fire, it is good to mix to smoothness of weight.
To cool a little (glaze still will thicken). To lay out in kulechek from parchment paper and to draw...
