Ingredients:
Squids (at me boiled) – 600 grams;
Grated cheese – 300 grams;
Crude egg – 2 pieces;
Boiled egg – 3 pieces;
Cottage cheese cheese like Almette – 100 grams
Cucumber fresh – 1 piece;
Pickled cucumber – 1 piece;
Greens any – 1 bunch;
Spices - to taste.
Preparation:
Squids has crushed, has mixed with grated cheese, has salted, has peppered (I have lemon pepper). Has mixed them with grated cheese and 2 frothed eggs. Has distributed the received weight on baking sheet on paper for pastries and has baked minutes 10 at 200 degrees in the warmed oven. While squids were baked, has cut cucumbers and greens.
