Garlick bread
Ingredients:
Fresh baguette
Desi – 125 g
Garlic – 1 head
Bunch is fresher than some parsley
Cut oil and leave it to melt.
Peel garlic.
Wash up and grind parsley in the blender.
Then add oil there and shake up garlic again.
In baguette make some cuts...
... and plentifully grease in cuts with mix from garlic and parsley
Wrap baguette in foil if are not going to bake it right now, and put in the refrigerator.
If bake right now, bake without foil at 200 degrees within 10-15 minutes to golden crust.
