Apple pie
Ingredients:
5 pieces (to clear, cut)
Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - the 5th tablespoons
Flour - 2,75 glasses
Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil - 1 glass
Sugar - 2 glasses
Juice of 1 lime
Vanillin - 2,5 teaspoons
egg - 4 pieces
Milk - 1/2 glasses
Preparation:
Heat oven to 175 degrees. Grease form for pie with desi. Mix the cut apples with sugar and cinnamon. Flour, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl mix oil, lime juice, sugar and vanilla.
Mix both mixes and hammer eggs. Dough has to be dense. Pour out half of dough in form, lay out layer of apples and close other dough. Bake about 1,5 hours to golden crust.
