Royal pie without pastries
Ingredients:
- 1-2 ready rolls,
- pack of cake layers (one cake layer is necessary, to cover pie from above),
- soft cottage cheese gr 300,
- %-0.5ะป cream 33,
- sugar,
- gelatin,
- tinned fruit.
Preparation:
To take convenient container, to cover it film, to lay out it is thin the cut roll. To take soft cottage cheese, to vspushit it the blender and to put 4-5 tablespoons of sugar.
To shake up well cooled cream from 4-5 tbsps of sugar.
To mix cottage cheese and cream + fruit + the gelatin dissolved on water bath.
To lay out weight on rolls, to cover with dry biscuit and to put for night in the refrigerator
