Ingredients:
Basis:
250 g of flour
Cold oil - 180 g
1 vitellus
2 tablespoons of cold water
Stuffing:
3 big bulbs to clear and small to cut
Balsam vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Desi - 1 tablespoon
Cheddar cheese - 150 g to rub

150 ml of cream
50 ml of milk
3 teaspoons of thyme

Preparation:
