Pie of Mokko
Ingredients:
for cake layers:
250 g of flour
? ch.lozhka of baking powder
4 tablespoons of cocoa of powder
115 g of sugar
2 eggs
150 ml of sunflower oil
150 ml of milk
for cream:
1 h. spoon of instant coffee
1 tablespoon of water
300 ml of fat cream (35%)
2 tablespoons of sugar
1. We warm oven to 180 degrees.
2. We sift flour in bowl, we add cocoa, baking powder, sugar, eggs, milk and oil there. We mix everything by means of the mixer and we divide into 2 parts.
3. We fill in one part of dough in baking pan and we put for 5-7 minutes in the warmed oven. We get the first and we send the second too there for 5-7 minutes.
4. While cake layers cool down, we do cream. We part in coffee water. We shake up cream until they do not become very dense, and divorced coffee is added to them and a little more shaken up.
5. We collect pie: we put the first cake layer, then cream, cake layer, we grease all with the remained cream and we strew with grated chocolate.
Next day cream is absorbed in cake layers almost completely.
