Pancakes with mushrooms

Pancakes with mushrooms

Milk — 3 stak.
Flour — 2 stak.
Eggs — 3 pieces
Salt — 0,5 h. l.
Sugar — 1 tablespoon (I have thrown 3)
Baking powder — 3/4 h. l.
Purified vegetable oil (in dough) — 3 tablespoons.
Stuffing on your choice, at me:
mushrooms - 300gr.
onions - 3sht.
cheese - 500 gr.
We prepare pancakes:
We fill sifted flour, salt, sugar, baking powder in bowl. We add egg and half-glass of milk.
We knead ropish dough, without lumps.
Then gradually we dilute with other milk and we knead dough on consistence reminding liquid sour cream. We pour in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and it is well stirred that dough has connected to oil.
Well we warm frying pan, we oil it and we pour dough on frying pan, quickly turning it that dough has spread on all frying pan thin even layer. The pancakes reddened on the one hand it is overturned on other party by means of rake.
Stuffing:
To cut onions and mushrooms. To throw desi into frying pan, to fry onions, then mushrooms, to fry to readiness. At the end to salt, pepper and throw a little desi.

To take pancake, to put stuffing, upward cheese plate, to put envelope (it already before giving) and in the microwave oven for couple of minutes)
