Oatmeal cookies
Ingredients:
Sugar of 120 g
Sugar of brown 240 g
Salt of 1 spills.
Baking soda of 1 h. l.
Egg of 2 pieces.
Vanilla extract of 1 h. l.
Oat flakes Oat-flakes of 1 St.
Peanut butter of 240 g
Cinnamon of 1 spills.
To mix in bowl sugar with salt and soda.
To add eggs and vanillin, to mix.
To add oat flakes, peanut butter and cinnamon, carefully to mix hands.
To clean dough in the refrigerator.
To warm oven to 175C. To oil baking sheets.
To get dough from the refrigerator and to lay out on baking tray in the portions on 1 tablespoon at distance from each other.
To bake 10-12 minutes.
It is possible to add chocolate chips to dough.
