Meat zraz with omelet

Ingredients:
For forcemeat:
- 700 g of forcemeat
- 1 potatoes large
- 1 egg
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
- flour for breading

For omelet:
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 glasses of milk
- greens

For sauce:
- 3 tablespoons are swept away
- 2 garlic gloves
- 100 g of cheese

We will peel potatoes and we will grate, we will wring out excess juice. Let's add potatoes and egg to forcemeat, we salt, we pepper and it is carefully mixed.

We will shake up eggs with milk, we will add greens and we will roast omelet.

The omelet needs to be cut on strips and to curtail each of them into roll.

Let's make of flat cake forcemeat, inside we will put our omelet and we will create zraz. Let's fry zraz from two parties on vegetable oil then we will lay out on baking tray.

We will grate cheese and garlic on small grater, we will mix with sour cream and we bake to beautiful ruddy crust.
