Matchless porridge with apples and cinnamon by breakfast
Ingredients:
2 glasses of oat-flakes
3,75 glasses of water
3 small apples or 1,5 glasses of small cut apples
1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Nutmeg pinch
1/4 glasses + 1-2 tablespoons of refiner syrup

Preparation:
Oat-flakes, water, apples, cinnamon and nutmeg lay out pan in averages of the sizes. Bring everything to the boil on average fire, periodically stirring slowly.
