Mannagrass on kefir without flour
Ingredients:
- semolina - 1,5 glasses (300gr.);
- kefir - 1,5 glasses;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- sugar - 1 glass;
- desi - 100 gr.;
Preparation:
To mix semolina with kefir, to add salt pinch, to mix and leave for 30 minutes.
The softened oil needs to be pounded with sugar. To add frothed eggs.
To connect semolina to other ingredients, to mix and pour out in the oiled baking dish. Dough has to be a little liquid.
To bake at 160 °C of 45-60 minutes. The mannagrass does not love big heat. At the end temperature of baking can be increased for crust zarumyanivaniye.
It is possible to grease at the end of pastries mannagrass top with sour cream, to decorate with apples (as on photo), to sugar and return for 10 minutes to oven.
It is possible to add directly to dough raisin, dried apricots, slices of banana, apples...
At pastries the mannagrass almost does not rise. If you wish high pie, take form of small diameter. On photo mannagrass diameter 26sm. Its height is about 3 cm.
In glass of 250 milliliters 200 grams of semolina are located.
