Ideal mashed potatoes
Ingredients:
Potatoes of 800 g
Desi of 0,5 St.
Cream of 10-11% 0,8 St.
Salt of 2 h. l.
Pepper of black ground 0,5 h. l.
Clean potatoes and put it in big pan, having filled in with cold water.
Bring to the boil and cook until potatoes become very soft (it is possible to pierce knife to check).
While potatoes cook - warm oil and cream in small pan on weak fire.
When potatoes are ready - merge water from pan. Potolchite potatoes, add salt and, mixing, slowly add to it the mix of cream and oils received in the third step. To taste it is possible to add sprinkling pepper. Once again mix everything and at once give to table.
