Elementary red currant jelly

Elementary red currant jelly

Ingredients:
200 g of juice of red currant (from 510 g of berries)
250 g of sugar or icing sugar

Preparation:
Mix juice with sugar before its full dissolution (about 2-3 minutes), leave and in 12 hours receive jelly. Any cooking!
