Drunk pear with spices
Ingredients:
Ripe pear – 3 pieces
Water – 3,5 glasses
Sugar – 3 glasses
Crusts and juice of 1 lemon
Vanillin – 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon – 2 sticks
Carnation – 2 pieces
Anise – 1 asterisk
Preparation:
Wash up and clear pears. In pan on average fire will boil water with sugar, vanilla, crusts and juice of lemon, in throw cinnamon sticks, carnation and anise. As soon as sugar was dissolved, lay out pears. Slightly reduce fire and cook about 20 minutes that pears were completely boiled thoroughly (but do not digest). As soon as pears are ready, get them together with juice cool about 1-2 hours. Before giving cut pears in half and give together with syrup in which they cooked.
