Air cakes on yogurt with jam
at me 10 averages of air and fragrant cupcakes have turned out:
Ingredients:
140 gr granulated sugar
2 tsps of vanilla sugar or vanillin on knife tip
about 200 gr. sifted flour
1 ch.l tea soda (without hill) or 1,5 tsps of baking powder
100 ml of natural yoghourt
2 eggs
140 gr the desi (kindled)
10 ch.l berry jam (on your choice, the main thing that it was not really liquid, I have Wild berries confiture)
icing sugar for ornament at will
Preparation:
1. Warm oven to 190C.
2. Kindle oil in pan and put still aside.
3. In small ware shake up eggs the sugar, vanilla sugar kindled by oil and yogurt.
4. Mix sifted flour with soda/baking powder. And portions add to egg mixture, carefully mixing (I shake up everything the mixer).
(Mookie can be necessary slightly less or more. At you dough as dense sour cream has to turn out.)
5. In the oiled form for cakes (I greased nothing, and has simply enclosed paper formochka in metal form for cakes) spread out on 1 tablespoon of dough. Then in the middle of each formochka put on teaspoon of jam and cover with leftover dough.
6. Bake in already warmed oven about 20 min. until cupcakes get uniform dark-golden color, it is also possible to check readiness wooden stick.
7. When cupcakes are ready, pull out them from oven and leave to cool down for 5 minutes in formochka. Then get and leave a little more to cool down on lattice.
Before giving strew with icing sugar.

P.S. Cupcakes tasty both in warm, and in the cooled-down look, even next day!
Instead of several small it is possible to bake one cake.
Store cakes in densely closed package. In the refrigerator (for the night, for example) it is not obligatory to clean.
