Chocolate pie
Ingredients:
Cocoa powder – 9 tablespoons
Flour – 1,5 glasses
Salt – ? teaspoons
Soda – 1 teaspoon
Baking powder – ? teaspoons
Desi – 110 g
Sugar – 1,5 glasses
Egg (big) - 2 pieces
Strong coffee – ? cups
Milk – ? glasses
Cream:
Bitter chocolate – 280 g
Water (or cream) – ? glasses
Desi – 165 g
Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 175 degrees. Grease 2 forms for pie with desi. Sift cocoa, flour, salt, soda and baking powder and mix.
2. The mixer shake up desi with sugar to cream homogeneous mass. Hammer eggs.
3. Mix milk with coffee.
4. Enter half of dry ingredients into basis, pour in milk and coffee mix and – other dry ingredients.
5. Mix everything carefully and pour dough evenly between two forms.
6. Bake for 25 minutes.
7. Chocolate cut small and put together with cream (or water) on water bath. Let's time be kindled completely, periodically stirring slowly. Remove bowl from fire. Oil cut and add to yet not cooled down chocolate.
8. Carefully mix cream to homogeneous mass, cool it at the room temperature within 1-2 hours.
When cream has cooled down, apply it between cake layers and on all surface outside of pie.
