SALAD WITH VEGETABLE MARROWS, PEACHES AND PARMESAN

4 peaches

3 tbsps of olive oil
1 tsps of liquid honey

Preparation:

1. To mix all ingredients for gas station.
2. Vegetable marrows to wash up, cut circles, to salt and pepper to taste. To cut peaches segments. To dry mangold.
3. To warm frying pan with olive oil. To fry vegetable marrows and peaches for 2 minutes from each party.
4. In salad bowl to mix the prepared vegetable marrows, peaches, mangold, parsley, fennel and cheese.
5. To fill salad, if necessary to salt and pepper to taste. To give to the meat prepared on grill.

2 tbsps of fresh bread crumbs

For sauce:
150 ml of natural yoghourt
1 tbsps of granular mustard
1 fresh cucumber
Salt, pepper to taste
1 tsps of lemon juice

Preparation:

1. To warm oven to 200*C
2. To cut vegetable marrows in half and by means of spoon to clear of core.
3. To remove dried peel from lemon. To cut half of lemon half rings. From the second half to squeeze out juice.
4. The fish fillet and shrimps to cut in small cubes. 10-15 whole shrimps to put aside.
5. Onions and fennel small to cut, mix with fish forcemeat. To salt, pepper. To add yolks, crackers, lemon dried peel and lemon juice. Carefully to mix everything.

Preparation:

Step 1
To wash up all vegetables. To cut eggplants and vegetable marrows on diagonal circles about 1 cm thick. To cut tomatoes and pepper lengthways on 4 parts. To remove core from pepper.
