Cheese-and-curd cakes with coco and peaches

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese — 500 g
Desi — 100 g
Milk — 100 g
Coconut flakes ground — 1 glass
Sand cake — 350 g
Tinned peaches — 500 g
Sugar — ? glasses
Eggs — 3 pieces.

Preparation:

1. To grind cookies in the blender. To add the kindled desi.
2. Formochki to grease with desi. To lay out on bottom basis from cookies.
3. To clean in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. In the blender to connect cottage cheese, milk, sugar.
5. To crush to pasty state.
6. In three steps to add ground coconut flakes and eggs. Absolutely homogeneous mass has to turn out.
7. On the cooled-down sand basis to lay out half of curds.
8. From above to lay out the cut peaches.
9. Further to pour out other curds. To prepare 1 hour at 165 C.
10. On oven bottom I have put capacity with water. To cheese-and-curd cakes to allow to cool down completely in the refrigerator (night is better).

P.S.: It is possible to use split mold with a diameter of 18 Cm.
