1. Salad with croutons

3. Crunchy salad with pineapples and chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet — 300 g
Tinned pineapples — 200 g
Hard cheese — 200 g
White loaf or long loaf — 100 g
Vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. We cut chicken on small slices and we fry her on vegetable oil to ruddy crust.

4. Salad from the Beijing cabbage with chicken

The Beijing cabbage — 300 g
Chicken fillet — 1 piece.
Cucumber — 1 piece.
Eggs — 4 pieces.
Green onions — 1 bunch
Salt, pepper, mayonnaise

Preparation:

1. We put to boil chicken fillet (for aroma we add carrot, onions and bay leaf. We used then broth for soup).
2. We slice the Beijing cabbage. Small we crumble green onions. The cucumber is cut by straws.
3. After our chicken fillet was boiled, we cut in small cubes. And also we boil eggs and we crumble them small.
4. We spread everything in salad bowl, we mix, we salt and we pepper.
5. We dress with mayonnaise and we give a la carte.

5. The Italian salad with ham, cheese and vegetables

Ham — 300 g
Tomatoes — 2 pieces.
Paprika — 2 pieces.
Macaroni — 400 g
Corn tinned — 300 g
Cheese — 200 g
Mayonnaise — to taste

Preparation:

1. Boil macaroni — best of all to use elbow products or helicoid macaroni — in the added some salt water, merge and let's them cool down.
2. Cut tomatoes and pepper cubes, ham — thin slices. Rub cheese on large grater.
3. Mix all ingredients, dress salad with mayonnaise.

6. Salad with egg and ham

Slightly smoked ham — 400-500 g
Eggs — 4 pieces.
Paprika — 1 piece.
Cucumber — 1 piece.
Tinned corn — 1 bank (350 g)
Small bunch of fresh fennel
Mayonnaise
Salt

Preparation:

1. Prepare ingredients: cook hard boiled eggs, wash paprika, cucumber and fennel in cold water, merge water from corn.
2. Cut eggs in big bowl. Add corn and mix.
3. Cut ham on thin long slices and add them to bowl.
4. Cut pepper on strips. Clear cucumber, cut it in half lengthways and cut on thin slices. Add everything to bowl.
5. Cut fresh fennel and add to salad. Mix everything, salt to taste, then add mayonnaise and mix once again.

7. Salad with chicken, haricot and cheese

Plain salatik from simple ingredients, but very much and very tasty – absolutely not leavened, nourishing and juicy.

Boiled chicken fillet — 300 g
