Salad from beef with vegetables

Ingredients:

Boiled beef — 150–200 g
Carrots — 1 piece.
Garlic — 3 cloves
Onions — 1–2 heads (depends on the size)
Pickled cucumbers — 2-3 pieces.
Olive mayonnaise — 4–5 tablespoons
Salt — to taste
Vegetable oil — for frying

Preparation:

1. To cut boiled beef small slices. Then in frying pan with the minimum quantity of oil it is necessary to fry beef before emergence of ruddy crust. Carrots to clean and rub on large grater, then in separate frying pan also to roast it in small amount of oil.
2. To peel onions of peel, to cut half rings. If bulb large — still in half. To fry it in vegetable oil. In general it is possible to throw back carrots and onions in colander — excess fat will flow down. To cut cucumbers thin straws, thus to merge excess liquid that it has not got to salad.
3. To mix all these ingredients: meat, fried onions with carrots, cucumbers and to add small cut garlic. To dress salad with mayonnaise. Carefully to mix, add some salt to taste.
