Cottage cheese dry biscuits

Ingredients:
250 gr cottage cheese
1 glass of sugar
2 eggs
100 gr oils of plums. or margarine
1 h. baking powder spoon

Preparation:

1. To pound margarine or oil with sugar, to shake up cottage cheese with eggs, to mix flour with baking powder. We add cottage cheese to flour and with eggs, oil with sugar and we knead dough. We have thinnish cottage cheese and torments about 2 glasses have left. Dough has to it will turn out gentle and elastic.

2. We roll dough, we choose thickness to whom what it is pleasant, I have about 3 mm and cut out figures formochka or glass. We dip one party into saucer with sugar. We stack on the baking tray covered with paper for pastries and in the warmed oven!

3. We bake at 200 degrees will not blush yet!
