Polish lazy vareniki of Kopytka

Ingredients:
200 g of cottage cheese or ricotta
300 g of potato to boil and knead to mashed potatoes
1-2 eggs
salt
5 tablespoons of flour
the kindled desi and bread crumbs (fried) for giving

Preparation:
Knead tolkushka for mashed potatoes cottage cheese and potato. Add eggs, salt and couple of tablespoons of flour. Mix.
Dough should not stick to hands therefore regulate quantity of flour on situation.
Stick together long sausage from this weight, cut on small brevnyshka (about 1x5 cm).
Will boil the added some salt water. Throw in the boiling kopytka water, wait so far they will emerge on surface (2-3 minutes). Get kopytka skimmer, lay out on dish, from above powder with crackers and give with the kindled desi.
