Berry cakes with white chocolate

Ingredients:

Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
Milk - 250 ml
Vegetable oil - 125 ml
Egg - 1 piece
Flour - 260 g
Baking powder - 3 teaspoons
Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
Granulated sugar - 150 g
White chocolate - 200 g
The berries (frozen or fresh) - 400 g

In one bowl fill in all wet ingredients: lemon juice, oil, milk and eggs.

Properly mix them.

Take white chocolate and cut it on small slices.

Lay out dry ingredients in the second bowl: flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, chocolate. Leave about a half of cup of slices of chocolate for ornament. Mix dry ingredients.

Add wet mix to the dry. Carefully mix. Small lumps it is not terrible if to overdo with mixing, your cakes can become too rigid.

Add to berry mix. If you take the frozen fruit, do not defreeze them before addition to dough. Otherwise it will be painted in the red.

Carefully mix dough with berries.

Lay out in formochka paper and carefully napolnity its dough to the very top, then when baking cake forms that wonderful dome. Decorate from above with slices of white chocolate. If there is no paper - oil form any vegetable.

Bake 20-25 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees.

When cakes become golden-brown, and the toothpick which you pierce cakes in the middle, will be pure, the baking tray can be got from oven.
