Easter with secret

Ingredients:

fat cottage cheese - 1 kg
sweet cream butter - 400 g
egg boiled (yolk) - 10 pieces.
icing sugar - 300 g
egg chocolate (The kinder surprise) - 1 piece.
the milk condensed boiled - 3–4 h. l.
cream fat content of 35% - 300 g

Preparation:

To put cottage cheese in gauze sack. To suspend sack in cool place over bowl and to allow serum to flow down within 12 hours.

To exempt cottage cheese from gauze and together with yolks to wipe through sieve. To shake up the desi softened at the room temperature the mixer with icing sugar, to add to cottage cheese, to mix.

To enter the cream which is shaken up in magnificent foam, accurately to knead, having postponed 1 tablespoon of the turned-out weight.

To shift Easter in gauze, to tie the hanging-down ends, having created small knot, to suspend in cold spot for 3–4 hours.

To mix the postponed curds with 1 h. l. condensed milk and to fill with the turned-out cream both halves of chocolate egg. Accurately to connect them. To exempt Easter from gauze, in the lower part by means of fork or knife to make deepening in which to put chocolate egg. To close up Easter bottom by means of the taken-out weight. To shift in form or pasochnitsa and to leave on cold for 7–8 hours.

Before giving to decorate with the remained concentrated milk
