PEARS IN SPICY SYRUP

Pears in spicy syrup

Pears in spicy syrup

Ingredients:
Sugar of 180 g
Dry white wine (table) 480 ml
Lemon juice of 1,5 tablespoons.
Cardamom of 0,5 tablespoons.
Carnation of 3 pieces.
Cinnamon in sticks of 1 piece.
Ginger of fresh 2 pieces.
Salt of 1 spills.
Pear of 4 pieces.
Fat cream to taste

To mix sugar, wine, lemon juice, cardamom, carnation, cinnamon stick, ginger and salt in small pan. To bring to the boil on average fire and to allow sugar to be dissolved.
To put the skinless pears in pan and to add a little water that has completely covered pears. To cover with cover and to cook until pears are softened, periodically overturning (about 30 minutes).
To lay out pears skimmer on plate.

To water pears with syrup and to give with cream or vanilla cream.
