CHOCOLATE ECLAIRS WITH STRAWBERRY AND WHIPPED CREAM

Chocolate eclairs with strawberry and whipped cream

Ingredients:
Water of 292 ml
Desi of 145 g
Granulated sugar of 70 g
Salt to taste
Flour of 150 g
Eggs of 5 pieces.
Chocolate of 110 g
Cream of 50 ml
Cream of 200 g
Strawberry of 100 g

We warm oven to 210C. We take confectionery rug or parchment paper.
In deep kastryulka we mix water, oil and sugar, we salt to taste, we bring to the boil. We remove pan from fire and we fill up flour. We stir slowly with wooden spoon before receiving homogeneous mass. Again we put on fire for about 30 seconds. We remove from fire, we pour out dough in bowl of the mixer and we disturb at average speed, we add 4 eggs on one and it is carefully mixed before receiving homogeneous mass.

We pour out dough in pastry bag and we squeeze out it on silpat (confectionery rug) equal strips at distance of 5 cm from each other are future eclairs, form and the size it is selected as us it is necessary.
We shake up egg and water. We grease surface of eclairs. We bake minutes 15 at temperature of 230C, then we reduce it to 190C and we bake 20 more minutes before formation of crust (I baked 12 minutes at first, and then 15). We take out and give to cool down.
Now we take chocolate slices. In small kastryulka we heat cream on average fire. We add chocolate and we stir slowly before full dissolution. now we dip in mix eclairs one party. We put them in the refrigerator for hour.
We cut eclairs horizontally, but not up to the end. We shake up cream with sugar before formation of peaks. We spread cream in eclairs, from above 3-4 slices of strawberry. It is really very tasty!)
