White night salad
Ingredients:
- 200g marinated mushrooms
- (To fry) 2 average bulbs
- 2 average potatoes (to boil in uniform)
- 1 crude carrots
- 300 g of any boiled meat (it is possible language)
- 250 g of hard cheese mayonnaise and sour cream (to taste)
Preparation:
1. Mushrooms small to cut, lay in salad bowl. Onions to cut and fry on rast. oil to allow to cool down and flow down to oil.
2. To lay on mushrooms (generally I do not love in salads the fried onions, but in this recipe it very opportunely since mushrooms not fried, but marinated and the fried onions impact to mushrooms relish)
3. To grease with sauce (smetana+mayonez). Potatoes to clear, rub on large grater. To grease with sauce
4. To grate carrots on large grater, to grease. To cut meat small slices and to lay on carrots, to grease with sauce. From above to grate cheese on large grater
5. It is possible to decorate with slices of lemon and greens
