Ingredients:
For cake layers:
Puff dough - 1 kg
For cream:
Cream of 33% of fat content - 250 gr
The Turkish yogurt - 250 gr
Sugar powder - 150 gr
Strawberry - 300 gr
Preparation:
To roll the defrozen puff pastry, to cut off in plate form.
To bake each cake layer in oven at 220 °C of 15 minutes, till golden color.
Completely to cool ready cake layers.
We cut strawberry, we fill up 1 tbsp of icing sugar. Strawberry has to give juice.
To shake up cream with the remained icing sugar before solidification.
To add to cream yogurt, juice from strawberry. To mix.
Forming of pie:
We take cake layer, we grease 1 tbsp of cream, we spread from above strawberry. From above we spread still cake layer.
We make the same procedure with other cake layers.
On ready pie it is spread from above the remained cream and strawberry.

Ingredients:
For cake layers:
250 gr margarine;
200 gr are swept away;
350 gr torments (plus flour for raskatyvaniye).

Preparation:
1. Flour with margarine it is pounded in crumb, we add sour cream and we knead dough to uniformity.
2. To divide dough into 11 spheres and to clean in the refrigerator for hour.
3. Each sphere is rolled is very thin and we cut out circle in form. I had diameter of form of 30 cm. Consider that when baking the cake layer will a little decrease.
4. Each cake layer is baked in oven (cake layers carefully to pierce fork that strongly were not blown up) at 220 degrees approximately minutes 5 until the cake layer blushes. Too we bake offcuts.
5. We do cream - we mix the mixer condensed milk and oil to uniformity.
6. We create pie of 10 cake layers, greasing each cake layer with cream. From above and on each side too we grease with cream.

8. We put pie in the refrigerator and we allow it some hours to become impregnated.

1\2 glasses of sour cream,
1 h. soda spoon
3-4 eggs (3 if large, respectively 4 - if small)
For stuffing:
800-900 g is fresher than some strawberry,
2 glasses of sour cream,
1 glass of icing sugar.
Preparation:
1. We separate the yolks from the whites. Yolks it is shaken up with sugar, then we add sour cream, the kindled oil.
2. We mix the mixer. We add the flour mixed with soda. Once again we mix.
3. We beat whites and accurately mixing it is rubbed into dough.
4. We oil split mold, we spread dough and we bake in the oven about 40 minutes warmed to 180-190 degrees.
5. We fill up strawberry with 2-3 spoons of granulated sugar and we leave approximately for half an hour that berries have given juice.
6. We take out basis and it is accurately cut on two cake layers.
7. We impregnate each cake layer with juice from strawberry.
8. On the lower cake layer we spread strawberry. Big berries it is cut on halves.
9. We shake up sour cream with icing sugar and the received cream we fill in strawberry.
10. We cover with the second korzhy - from above the remained sour cream and powder. We decorate with berries.
11. We allow to become impregnated for an hour or two (better in the refrigerator).

Ingredients:

mushrooms - 0,5 kg.,
chicken fillet - 3 pieces,
eggs - 3-4 pieces,
mayonnaise - 300 g
cheese - 100g
onions - 1sht,
greens.
Preparation:
at once I will tell that I bought cake layers in shop. They and are called Cake layers for Napoleon. But, of course, it is possible to bake cake layers for traditional pie of Napoleon.
So, we fry mushrooms with onions to readiness, we boil chicken fillet in the added some salt water, we cook eggs in the abrupt. We cut small chicken fillet, eggs we rub on large grater.
We coat cake layer with mayonnaise and we spread on it chicken fillet, we cover with other cake layer of Napoleon, we coat with mayonnaise and we spread mushrooms, on the following cake layer we spread eggs. We repeat procedure, cake layers the Upper cake layer of snack of Napoleon will not end we smear with mayonnaise yet and we strew with the cheese grated on grater.
We put our pie for about 10 minutes in the warmed oven or in microwave for 5 minutes, cheese will not melt yet. Before giving to cut on flank steaks and to decorate with greens.

Dough as on fritters.
Split mold (I have 25 cm) to oil, strew with flour.
It is possible to bake one big biscuit and then to cut it on 3 parts or at once to divide dough and to bake each cake layer separately at 180*.
Strawberry to wash up, dry and cut each berry in half lengthways.
In boiled water to dissolve gelatin and bag of strawberry jelly. Gradually heating, to wait for full dissolution, to add rum. To cool.
To Malines (it is possible frozen) to fill up with sugar, to warm up on slow fire, stirring slowly, to sugar remelting, to wipe through sieve.
Quite thick mashed potatoes will turn out.
To reduce cake layers in the diameter up to 20,5 cm. I have covered suitable by the size and cut off excesses sharp knife on circle.
For cream to shake up cream with icing sugar, carefully to mix to them ricotta.
To lay bottom of split mold food wrap or paper for pastries (that did not leak jelly)
On bottom from split mold (without sides) exactly in the center we spread the first cake layer, we grease it 1/3 raspberry purees and we apply cream 1/3,

Only after that we close ring on the lock. From spoon on circle we water jelly cheesecakes. (at first it is a little, that the lower cake layer not razmok).
We clean in the refrigerator for some minutes. Then we water still jelly (almost to top of cheesecakes) we allow to stiffen.

For a start shake up yolks with sugar to pale uniform mix. Add orange dried peel, flour and baking powder. Properly mix. If dough too dense, add milk.
Beat whites to steady peaks and accurately enter them into bulk. Pour dough in the prepared form for pie (grease with desi and lay paper for pastries). Vypkayte at 160zs 35-40 minutes.
Cool cake layer and when it reaches room temperature knife lengthways on two parts that 2 cake layers have turned out. On everyone squeeze out orange juice (half of orange has to be enough for 2 cake layers).
