Spaghetti with tomatoes and pine nuts

Ingredients:
Cherry tomatoes of 680 g
Olive oil of 5 tablespoons.
Garlic 2 tooth.
Salt to taste
The black pepper ground to taste
Pine nuts (stone pine) of 0,3 St.
Spaghetti of 280 g
Mozzarella of 110 g
Leaves of basil of 10 pieces.

To warm oven to 150C. To lay baking tray foil.
To cut pomidorka in half and to put on baking tray. To crush garlic and to put on baking tray. To sprinkle 2 tablespoons of olive oil. To season with salt and pepper and carefully to mix. To bake about 2 hours until tomatoes dry out.
To put pine nuts on small frying pan. To fry on average and strong fire some minutes.
To boil the added some salt water and to cook spaghetti to condition of al-dente.
To lay out paste by means of nippers on serving dish.
To add baked tomatoes, nutlets, fresh tomatoes, the mozzarella cut in cubes, the remained oil and basil.
To season with salt and pepper, carefully to mix.
