Puff fruit pie cake with kiwi
Ingredients:
Wheat flour — 200 g
Sugar — 200 g
Baking powder — 15 g
(To kindle) desi — 100 g
Egg — 2 pieces
Milk — 200 ml
Tea (in bags) — the 2nd package.
Kiwi (or any other fruit) — 3-4 pieces
We prepare:
Milk to heat and make in it 2 bags of tea. To make some minutes to the fortress necessary to you.
Separately to mix flour and sugar.
Then to kindle desi and to add to mix chay+moloko.
To add to egg mix, carefully mixing that eggs have not cooked.
To pour in liquid mix to muke+sakhar.
And, at last, we add baking powder pack (in my pack of 10 g).
We pour 1/2 dough in form and we put in the warmed oven to 200 gr. We bake till slightly golden color.
And from above we spread the cut fruit.
And from above we fill in with the second part of dough. And again in oven till slightly golden color.
