Ingredients:

– 1 egg
– 250 ml of warm milk
– 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil
– about 500 g of flour – to add gradually before receiving the necessary consistence of dough
For stuffing:
– 1 small head of cabbage
– 2-3 bulbs
– 500 g of mincemeat
– salt, pepper
In big cup we mix everything at once: egg, yeast, milk, vegetable oil, salt and sugar. We measure about 500 gr. torments also we knead dough, pouring flour gradually until it does not cease to stick to hands. We create sphere.
And we are engaged in this time in stuffing: we overroast everything separately, cabbage, onions and forcemeat. We salt and pepper to taste.
We roll rectangular layer of dough, we cut the edges that was exactly, and scrap doughs still will be useful to us.
We transfer dough to the baking tray laid by parchment, differently then it will be difficult to be made. On the middle we spread stuffing.
