Kabachnovye ratatouille beaters
Ingredients:
1 average vegetable marrow
1 big paprika
Half of bulb
3-4 tomatoes
2-3 eggplants
1 garlic glove
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt to taste
0,5-1 teaspoons of Provence herbs
Green onions (as tie)
Preparation:
Thin strips cut vegetable marrow or zucchini. Oil strips olive and prepare on grill on the average temperature of 4-5 minutes. Remove from grill and cool.
Put the whole pepper on grill. As soon as the thin skin turns black, shift pepper in bowl and close food wrap for 15 minutes. Husk pepper and cut it on small slices. In the same way fry tomatoes. Husk and again small cut.
Heat oil in frying pan. Throw garlic and the cut onions, fry to golden shade.
Lay out the cut eggplant and slices of vegetable marrow which remained. At the end add the cut pepper and tomato together with spices and salt. Extinguish on average fire. Remove from fire and cool. At desire add the cut basil.
Lay out on stuffing teaspoon on each strip of zucchini and twist, having fixed onions srelka. Give warm.
