Fried cheese in Czech breaded

Ingredients:

cheese
bread crumbs
eggs

Preparation:

We cut cheese squares 1-1,5 cm thick.
In one soup plate we break 2 eggs, we shake up. In other plate we fill bread crumbs.
We dip each slice of cheese from two parties in frothed eggs, then we coat with breadcrumbs in crackers, so two times.
We fry for 30-40 seconds from each party on strong fire.
