Fast cutlets
Ingredients:
1 kg of cabbage
1 bulb
0,5 Art. of semolina
0,5 Art. of flour
2 tooth. garlic
greens (I have fennel)
vegetable oil for frying
bread crumbs
salt to taste
spices to taste
Preparation:
1. Cut cabbage on 4 parts and weld in the added some salt water of minutes 8-10.
2. Cast away cabbage on colander, pass via the meat grinder and wring out to remove water.
3. On small grater grate onions and pass garlic through press garlic.
4. Small cut fennel.
5. Add onions, garlic and greens to cabbage. Salt, season with spices to taste.
6. Add flour, semolina, carefully mix.
7. Create from this mass of cutlet, roll in in bread crumbs and fry on vegetable oil to crunchy golden crust.
