Cottage cheese cheese pie and tomatoes

It is required to you:

ready puff pastry - 250 g
cottage cheese - 200 g
cheese (Russian type) - 150 g
1 tomato
2 tsps are swept away
1 egg (to divide into egg white and yolk)
fennel greens
salt, pepper - to taste
oregano - optionally
desi for greasing of form

Preparation:

1. To roll puff pastry in layer, and then to cut out in circle with a diameter of 25 cm.
2. For stuffing to grate cheese, to knead cottage cheese fork together with sour cream, small to crumble fennel greens. To mix all ingredients, to salt, pepper. To beat the mixer egg white and to add to cheese and cottage cheese mix, accurately to mix.
3. To grease baking tray with desi, to transfer dough to baking tray. Evenly to distribute stuffing according to dough. To cut tomato with circles and to lay out on stuffing. To bend edges of pie and to grease surface with slightly shaken up yolk.
4. To bake in the oven of 30-40 minutes warmed to 200 degrees. To strew ready pie oregano and fresh greens.

Ingredients:

DOUGH

STUFFING
200 g of any cottage cheese (I took cream chiz), 1 small garlic glove, 1/4 h. l. salts, greens, ~ 200 g of cheese, 200 g of smoked sausage (salami, cervelat)

To put small cut greens, the garlic glove which is pressed through through press in cottage cheese. To pour salt and at desire it is a little pepper. It is good to mix.

Preparation:

To mix butter and egg.
To pour sugar, salt, soda and to pour in sour cream. To mix.
The amount of sugar depends on stuffing. If the stuffing not sweet, sugar is put 0,5 h. l., if the sweet - to four teaspoons.
To add 1 Art. of flour. To mix.

For dough:
Sour cream 220 gr.

Vanilla sugar
Butter 50 gr.

For stuffing:
Cottage cheese 200 gr.
Sugar 40 gr.
Vanilla sugar to taste
Egg of 1 piece.
Semolina of 1 tbsp.
Cowberry fresh or frozen 2/3 St.

Oil for greasing of form
Flour for form powder

Preparation:

1. Split mold for pastries with a diameter of 26 cm to oil and powder with flour. To shake up eggs by means of the mixer in magnificent foam, then to add sugar and vanilla sugar and again to shake up.
