Cheese balls
Ingredients:
500 g of the hard cheese rubbed on small grater
3-4 eggs (depends on the size)
slightly salt and pepper
2-3 tbsps of flour in dough and in addition on rolling.
Preparation:
1. To mix cheese with flour and eggs.
2. From the received weight by means of tea spoon to separate identical lumps from which to roll balls.
3. Then to roll in in flour (to shake excess flour), to spread out ready balls on board, then to fry large amount of vegetable oil or cooking fat, to golden crust.
