Biscuit on kefir
Ingredients:
Oil or margarine - 100 gr.
Sugar - 0,5 St.
Egg - 1 piece.
Flour - 2 St.
Kefir - 0,5 l.
Soda - 0,5 tsps.
Salt, vanillin, raisin.
Preparation:
Oil or chilled margarine it is grated on large grater, then we fray with sugar and we add egg. We salt, gradually we enter flour and we fray everything to homogeneous mass. Careful hashing - pledge of good quality of biscuit. We pour in kefir and we bring closely to consistence of dense sour cream. We add soda, the raisin which is washed out and made in boiled water. We grease form with margarine or oil, and we strew with semolina or bread crumbs. That is near at hand. We bake at temperature of 200 degrees within 40 minutes. For slow cooling we leave in oven for about five minutes.
After the biscuit cools down, it can be cut on two cake layers and to grease with jam or cream. From above we strew with icing sugar
