Coffee panna cotta

Coffee panna cotta

Ingredients:

150 ml of milk
180 ml are swept away 15% (cream of 33%)
4 tsps of sugar
2 tsps of instant coffee
1 yolk
20 g of gelatin
1 tsps of vanilla sugar

Preparation:

To dissolve gelatin in 1 tbsp of water and to leave to bulk up.
To pour milk in small pan, to add coffee and to bring to the boil, to remove from fire.
To shake up yolk with sugar nimbus and to enter into hot milk. To put the turned-out mix on slow fire, to heat, constantly stirring slowly and without bringing to the boil. When mix starts getting denser, removing it from fire and to dismiss in it gelatin. To leave to cool down.
In the cooled-down mix to pour in sour cream (or cream), to mix. To pour mix on formochka or cups. To put in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
In order that the cooled-down dessert easily has separated from formochek, to put them for half-minute in hot water. It is possible to decorate with the cocoa grated by chocolate and dried peel of orange.
