Gratan from vegetable marrows

Ingredients:
1 kg. vegetable marrows
1-2 tomatoes (optionally)
100 g of hard cheese
500 ml. milk
60 g of desi + even for greasing
1 St flour spoon
vegetable oil for greasing
ground nutmeg, pepper, salt

Preparation:
1. Vegetable marrows to cut the about 0.5 cm thick. To lay out on the baking tray oiled vegetable and to bake in the oven warmed to 180 degrees about 10 minutes - till golden color. If there is lattice - better to bake on lattice.
To lay out half of vegetable marrows with an overlap in the form greased with desi for roasting (I have size of 28 cm on 18). To salt, pepper. From above - layer of the cut tomatoes.

2. We cook bechamel. Desi to kindle, pour flour, properly to mix that there were no lumps. Thin stream to pour in milk, to add salt, pepper and nutmeg and, stirring slowly, to cook on small fire before solidification (consistence of liquid sour cream).

3. To grate cheese. To lay out the second half of vegetable marrows. To salt, pepper. And from above to strew with the remained cheese.

4. To bake in the oven of minutes warmed to 180 degrees 15 - before formation of golden crust (process of receiving this crust, actually, and is called as gratinirovaniye). And immediately to give :)
