Croissant Hot dog

Ingredients:

Flour - 2 glasses
Desi - 1/2 packs
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Salt pinch
Yeast - 1 teaspoon
Egg - 2 pieces
Water - 2/3 glasses
Sausages - 6 pieces
Green onions - 2 pieces
Parsley - 50 g
Cheddar cheese - 100 g



In bowl mix water, yeast and sugar. Set aside for 10 minutes before emergence of puzyrik. In other bowl mix flour and salt.


Shake up melted butter with 1 egg.


Pour out egg mix in flour. Add yeast more flour (about 2 glasses) and knead dough.


Close dough pure towel that it has increased twice.


Cut dough on 6 equal parts and twist sausage. Wrap sausage in dough.


Cut dough-enclosed sausage on 7-8 parts and connect them among themselves that flower has turned out as on the picture.


Lay out croissants on the baking tray laid by paper for pastries. Grease with vitellus, strew with the polished cheese cut by onions and parsley.


Bake about 180 degrees within 20 minutes to golden crust. Give warm.
