Ingredients:

500gr. puff pastry
500gr. ground pork
3 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

We fry ground pork on frying pan, having seasoned it to taste I will merge also black pepper. We cook hard boiled eggs, small we cut them. We mix the crushed eggs with the fried forcemeat.

We roll dough and we cut it on small squares. In the center of each small square we spread stuffing. We connect edges of puff pastry, having left core open.
