Potatoes baked with meat and tomatoes.

Ingredients:

Potatoes – 5 large potatoes
Tomatoes – 5
Hard cheese - 100g
The forcemeat mixed – 250-300g
Onions – 1
Garlic – 3-4 zubk
Salt
Ground black pepper
Italian dry herbs or basil
Greens of parsley and fennel
Mayonnaise
Vegetable oil

Preparation:

We clean potatoes and we boil to semi-readiness (10 minutes). Small we cut onions and we add to forcemeat. We salt forcemeat and we pepper, well we vent. We cut tomatoes circles. Cheese we rub on small grater.

We cut a little cooled down potatoes on circles, 1 cm thick. We spread on the baking tray laid by parchment and oiled. Circles of potatoes it is oiled (brush). We salt them, we pepper, we season with herbs. On potatoes we squeeze out a little mayonnaise and we put slightly the pressed-through garlic.

From above we put tomato circle,

and hill we put forcemeat dessertspoon on it.

We strew all with grated cheese and we put in oven for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

We strew ready-to-eat meal with chopped greens. Tasty with fresh-salted cucumbers.
