Cake on boiled condensed milk

Cake on boiled condensed milk

For preparation of cake it will be required to us:

- Flour - 1 glass and 2 tbsps.
- Baking powder - 2 tsps.
- Sugar - 50 g.
- Milk - 100 ml.
- Egg - 4 pieces.
- Boiled condensed milk - 1 bank
- Walnuts - 1 glass
- Raisin - 50 g.
- Desi - 50 g.

First of all we sift 1 glass of flour, we add to it eggs and we shake up in homogeneous mass in any deep bowl or pan. There we spread 2/3 banks of boiled condensed milk, it is possible slightly less, more - it is not necessary as the rest is useful for cream. We add sugar and baking powder to this weight. I stormozit a little and have put flour at the end, as a result at me lumps which I had to eliminate then by means of the blender have turned out (see these vials of air?). Therefore be attentive and add eggs to flour, and not vice versa



We crush walnuts. Finally nut have to have approximately here such size, it is not necessary more small.


As soon as have crushed nuts, them we add half to dough, there we send raisin, too the crushed. We mix everything. Consider that dough will rise approximately by 1,5 times. We bake at 180 degrees within 30 minutes.


While cake cools down, we will be engaged in cream. We warm up milk, we add to it the remained boiled condensed milk and we mix before full dissolution of condensed milk. We add the kindled desi and 2 tbsps of flour to cream.


The last step, apply cream over cake and strew with nuts. Clean in the refrigerator for couple of hours, before full hardening.


As option, you can cut it longwise on 2 parts and in addition miss the mark with cream also the middle. In this case you will need slightly more cream, than is specified in the recipe. Not twice, of course, but in 1,5 it is exact. -
