Gingersnap
Ingredients:
Wheat flour — 400 gr (2,5 glasses)
Eggs — 2 pieces
Desi — 200 gr
Honey — 4 Art. of l
Sugar — 2/3 glasses
Ginger root
Baking powder — 1/2 tsps.
Ginger to clear and rub on small grater.
To shake up oil with sugar until white.
To add honey. Once again to shake up. To hammer eggs after mix oil, sugar and honey. By the way, if instead of oil to take margarine — mix can start exfoliating. Then add ginger.
To mix flour with pinch of salt and baking powder. To sift in bowl with oil mix and to knead dough. To cover bowl with dough with food wrap or plate, to put in the refrigerator minimum for 2 hours.
Before pastries dough to get, take spoon and to create balls. To roll in balls in granulated sugar and to lay out on the baking tray laid by parchment or paper for pastries. Slightly to priplusnut.
To bake in the oven warmed in advance to 180 degrees within 10 — 15 minutes on baking paper or on the tracing-paper greased with desi.
Very tasty with milk or kefir. Aroma simply wonderful!
